1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using Eonhub and any related services, platforms, websites, applications, or properties (collectively, the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access to and use of the Service.
2. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Use of the Service by any individual who does not meet these requirements is strictly prohibited.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update such information as necessary. Eonhub shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: violating any applicable law or regulation; infringing intellectual property or other rights; engaging in fraud, abuse, harassment, or harmful behavior; attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; interfering with the operation or security of the Service; or engaging in any activity that Eonhub determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful, abusive, or inappropriate.
5. Suspension, Termination, and Enforcement
Eonhub reserves the sole, absolute, and unrestricted right, exercisable at its exclusive discretion, to suspend, limit, restrict, revoke, terminate, or permanently prohibit any user’s access to the Service and any affiliated, related, successor, or associated Eonhub services, platforms, domains, applications, systems, or properties. Enforcement actions may include, without limitation, account suspension, account deletion, content removal, IP blocking, device blocking, or blacklisting.
Eonhub may exercise these rights at any time, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected misconduct, unlawful activity, security concerns, operational necessity, or business considerations, with or without prior notice.
Users acknowledge and agree that Eonhub has no obligation to provide warnings, explanations, justification, or opportunities to cure prior to taking enforcement action. All enforcement decisions shall be final and binding.
6. Purchases, Certificates, and Non-Refund Policy
Certain aspects of the Service may allow the purchase of certificates or other paid offerings. All purchases are final. In the event that a user’s access to the Service is suspended, revoked, terminated, or otherwise restricted for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, any fees paid for certificates or other purchases shall be non-refundable, non-transferable, and forfeited in full.
Users expressly waive any right to refunds, credits, reimbursements, or chargebacks arising from or related to enforcement actions taken by Eonhub.
Furthermore, Eonhub reserves the right to immediately revoke, invalidate, or disable any certificate issued to a user if Eonhub determines, in its sole discretion, that the user has violated any provision of these Terms. Such revocation shall be without notice and without refund or compensation of any kind.
Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all payment details, including but not limited to wallet addresses, CashApp tags, and PayPal email addresses, prior to initiating any transaction. Eonhub assumes no liability for funds sent to incorrect, outdated, or unauthorized destinations. In the event a user sends funds to an incorrect address or account, the user acknowledges that such funds are irretrievable, that the service or product purchased will not be delivered, and that Eonhub has no obligation to refund, reimburse, or compensate the user in any manner.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials associated with the Service are the exclusive property of Eonhub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eonhub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eonhub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eonhub, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction determined by Eonhub, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts designated by Eonhub for the resolution of any disputes.
12. Modifications to Terms
Eonhub reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without prior written consent from Eonhub. Eonhub may freely assign these Terms without restriction.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Eonhub regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings.
